The 1.2 mile one lap swim in a pristine mtn. lake is a unique course starting near the main docks but finishing under the highway bridge in the mouth of the river. The 56-mile bike course follows most of the International course, includes a loop thru Clyde and the farmlands of n. Haywood Cty. The 13.1 mile 2- loop run course is out-and-back along a 2-lane, tree canopied road along the river.
