5k run will be two loops around Creek Ridge County Park in Michigan City. Part of the proceeds will be benefit CPR Care Packages for the homeless. Homelessness is a staggering problem in our local area. Started by Dara Grady their mission is to create care packages for individuals in need, specifically those without homes in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana region. Basic necessities many of us may take for granted are difficult to obtain for those that are homeless. Hygiene products, first aid supplies and healthy snacks are critically needed for homeless individuals. With the donations they collect they will be able to build these packages.

All runners will receive winter beanies caps and one size-fits-all gloves
