The PR Mile race is just what the name says, a ONE MILE, chip timed race with quarter mile splits on a unique, slowly descending, USTAF certified course that would allow you to run your fastest, PERSONAL RECORD mile- ever!
Let's not kid ourselves, it is all about speed. Whether your preferred distance is a 5K or a marathon, we all really want to know how fast we can run a single mile.
