The first of a series of seven triathlons for Race Day Events, Lake Mills is a great race for first time triathletes as well as the seasoned veteran. The swim in beautiful Rock Lake is cold so wet suits are encouraged but not required. The bike is flat and the run is an out and back part road part gravel trail. This event typically sells out so don't delay in registering!
