This program is designed to improve STRENGTH and ENDURANCE for the marathon or triathlon competitor every Thursday.
These techniques are essential in decreasing injuries and allowing the body to heal and grow stronger after each workout.
Coached by a certified athletic trainer and strength and conditioning specialist, Rachel Farr who’s helped athletes knock off over 60 min of race time!
