Live music, free giveaways, and much more can be found at the inaugural DandiLion Daze (formally MuskegoFest) Muskego Corn Dog Classic 5k run/walk, hosted by the Muskego Festival Committee. This event will take place at Veteran's Memorial Park on Saturday, August 24th at 4:00 pm. DandiLion Daze is the largest FREE admission festival in Southeastern Wisconsin featuring great entertainment, tasty food, ice cold Miller products, Spectrum Carnival, and Milwaukee's Hottest Bands
The Festival is entirely organized by volunteer workers from nine of Muskego’s service organizations: Muskego Area Chamber of Commerce, Little Muskego Lake Association, Muskego Moose Lodge #1057, Muskego VFW #8171, American Legion #356, Muskego Icetronauts Snowmobile Club, Muskego Athletic Association, Muskego Lion's Club, and the Muskego Woman's Club.
This race is professionally timed and scored by J3 Timing. Results will be streamed live online via overall and age group format. The race bibs will have a disposable timing chip adhered to the back of the race bib. Walking is allowed in this 5k.
*Runners will receive 1 free corn dog, a race t-shirt, and a race medal as part of the runner swag!
