The 5K is a timed event on gravel trails through scenic woods and prairies. There will also be a 1 mile 6 Legged Fun Run / Walk, canine companions are welcome and a virtual 5K. All proceeds from the race benefit Save-A-Pet - a true no kill animal rescue, a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization and one of the largest true no-kill dog and cat rescues and adoption center in Lake County
